University of Tromsø
The [University of Tromsø], through its University Library, has long been active in the Open Access movement.
It has an Open Archive, [Munin] based on DSpace software. It also hosts two Open Access journals, [Nordlit] and [Nordlyd], based on the OJS software..
In the NOAP project, Tromsø will look at business models and Open Access journals, trying to describe, clarify and collect data about actual practices in Norway and Nordic countries in order to help journals with their decision making and - hopefully - transitioning processes.
