Participants are asked to arrange their hotel bookings/accommodation themselves.

However, we have reserved a number of rooms at the Rica Ishavshotell for our participants from 21st to 23rd November, at a negotiated rate of NOK 1085 per night for standard rooms. Please quote no "10493165" when making your reservations. Be aware that we can only reserve these rooms until the 25th of October, so please make your reservations early.

Rica Ishavshotell is situated very centrally, and is the venue of the conference dinner on the 22nd.

We have also reserved a number of rooms at the Clarion Hotel Bryggen  for our participants from 21st to 24th November, at a negotiated rate of NOK 1151 per night for standard singlerooms and NOK 1411 per night for standard doublerooms. Please quote no "81910" when making your reservations. Be aware that we can only reserve these rooms until the 24th of October, so please make your reservations early.

Clarion Hotel Bryggen is also situated very centrally, not far from the Rica Ishavshotel.
